Contact 6E Club: Help, Corrections and Scam Reports
Checked · 6E Club guide in plain English

Before you try to contact 6E Club, here is the honest picture: this is a small site with a free browser game and a set of guides, and it has no call centre. This page explains which channels exist today, where to get quick help with the game, and how to report anyone who uses our name to ask for money.
How to Reach Us Right Now
If you want to contact 6E Club today, know that there is no email address, phone line or WhatsApp number for this site yet. An inbox is being set up, and its address will be added to this page once it works. Until then, any address or number that claims to belong to us is not ours.
That also means we cannot take corrections or questions by message for the moment. We still review the guides, and the date at the top of each page shows when it was last checked.
Help With the Free Game
Almost every game problem can be fixed on your own phone in a minute or two, because the game and your account live in your browser. Nobody can see or change them from outside, so self-help is the fastest route anyway.
| Problem | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Cannot log in, or the username is not found | Customer care guide: sign-in fixes |
| Forgot the password | There is no reset. Make a new account in the same browser |
| Account missing on a new phone or browser | Accounts do not sync. Make one on each device |
| Coins running low | Use the “Reset coins” button in the game |
| Screen frozen or timer stuck | Reload the page; see the customer care guide |
| General questions | The FAQ page, grouped by topic |
Start with the step-by-step fixes for common game problems. If your question is about rules, coins or apps rather than a fault, the short answers on our FAQ page probably cover it. For a quick overview of everything on the site, go back to the 6E Club main page.
Report a Fake 6E Club Page, App or Number
If you come across a website, app, chat group or phone number that uses our name and asks for money, an APK install, a deposit, a “recovery fee” or your bank details, it is not us. Please report it so it can be taken down and others are warned.
- Call the national cybercrime helpline on 1930 as soon as possible, especially if money has already left your account.
- File a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Add screenshots, links, phone numbers and any UPI or bank reference.
- Tell your bank or payment app straight away if you shared a PIN or approved a payment.
- Report the chat, group or listing inside the app where you found it, then block the sender.
What We Will Never Ask For
Nobody acting for this site will ever ask you for an OTP, your UPI PIN, a card number, a payment, a screen-sharing app or a photo of your ID. We will not call or message you first. The game itself needs only a username and a password that you choose, and both stay in your own browser.
If someone says they are the way to contact 6E Club and then asks for any of these, end the conversation. You have lost nothing by being careful, and the free game will still be here when you come back.
